Your 3-Day Onboarding Journey

Day 1 — Discovery Call

We start with a 15-20 minute conversation to understand your operation, equipment, preferred lanes, and goals. We'll answer all your questions about how we work, explain our dispatch pricing structure, and make sure we're a good fit for each other — no pressure, no sales pitch. If we decide to move forward, we'll send the paperwork the same day.

Day 1–2 — Documentation

You'll receive our Service Agreement, Limited Power of Attorney, and Carrier Onboarding Packet via DocuSign. Complete them at your pace from your phone or computer — most carriers finish in under 30 minutes.

Day 2–3 — Verification & System Setup

We verify your operating authority through FMCSA, confirm your insurance coverage, and set you up in our TMS and on the load boards. We build your custom load profile based on your preferred lanes, rate floor, and schedule.

Day 3+ — First Load Booked

Once setup is complete, we begin searching for loads immediately. Most carriers have their first booked load within 24-48 hours of completing onboarding. Daily communication starts the moment we begin sourcing.

What You'll Need to Get Started

Have these ready when we kick off your onboarding:

Required Documents

  • Copy of your MC Authority Letter (from FMCSA)
  • Current Certificate of Insurance (Auto Liability $1M, Cargo $100K minimum)
  • Completed W-9 (we'll send the form)
  • Voided check or signed bank letter for ACH setup
  • Driver CDL copies (front and back) for each driver
  • Notice of Assignment from your factoring company (if applicable)
