Transparent Pricing — Fair Rates for Every Truck

Whether you're running a semi, hotshot, box truck, or cargo van, we charge a straightforward per-load percentage with an affordable $100 weekly minimum, no setup fees, and no long-term contracts.

Two Rate Tiers — Matched to Your Equipment

We've structured our pricing to reflect the actual work required to dispatch different equipment types. Larger, more standardized freight is simpler to source and book; smaller and specialized equipment requires more dispatcher time per dollar earned.

6%

Semi Trucks

Per load booked

For standard tractor-trailer operations:

  • Dry Van
  • Reefer (Refrigerated)
  • Flatbed
  • Step Deck
  • Conestoga

Well below the industry standard of 5-10% + $100-$500 minimum weekly.

For specialized and smaller equipment:

  • Hotshot (any class)
  • Box Truck (any class)
  • Cargo and Sprinter Van

$100 Weekly Minimum

A simple $100 weekly minimum ensures every carrier receives dedicated dispatch support, broker communication, and account management throughout the week.

No Setup Fees

Onboarding is completely free — from discovery call to your first load.

1-Day Cancellation

Pause or cancel with one day's written notice. No early-termination penalties.

What You DON'T Pay For

Many dispatchers nickel-and-dime carriers with extra fees. We don't. The following are always included in your per-load rate:

  • Initial consultation and discovery call
  • Carrier packet preparation and onboarding
  • Broker setup and credit verification
  • Factoring company coordination and NOA management
  • Rate confirmation review and signing
  • Detention claim filing and chargeback disputes
  • After-hours support for active loads

Why We Have a $100 Weekly Minimum

Dispatching is much more than finding loads.

Every carrier receives broker setup assistance, credit checks, paperwork management, rate negotiations, factoring coordination, detention claim support, after-hours assistance, and ongoing communication throughout the week.

Our $100 weekly minimum allows us to provide the same level of professional service whether you run one load or ten.

Unlike many dispatch companies that require $250-$500 weekly minimums or long-term contracts, we've intentionally kept our minimum affordable while maintaining competitive dispatch percentages.

For most active carriers, the percentage-based dispatch fee exceeds the minimum, meaning the minimum rarely affects their invoice. It's simply there to ensure every client receives dedicated support and priority service.

Compare to the Industry Standard

Provider Type Equipment Fee Rate Weekly Minimum Cancellation
Large Dispatch Company Semis 7-10% $300-500/wk 30-90 day contract
Average Dispatcher Semis 5-7% $100-300/wk 2-week notice
Specialized Hotshot Dispatcher Hotshot/Box 10-15% $150-400/wk 30-day contract
Resilient Freight Dispatch Semis / Hotshot / Box 6% / 8% $100/wk 1-day notice

What This Means in Real Dollars

Scenario 1 — Semi Truck Operator

You book $7,500 in gross revenue in a single week:

  • Large dispatch at 8% = $600 → You keep $6,900
  • Average dispatcher at 6% = $450, plus minimum $100-$500 → You keep $6,550 - $6,950
  • Resilient Freight Dispatch at 6% = $450 → You keep $7,050
Save $15,000-$21,000 per year vs. competitors.

Scenario 2 — Hotshot or Box Truck

You book $4,500 in gross revenue in a single week:

  • Specialized at 12% = $540 → You keep $3,960
  • Specialized at 10% = $450 → You keep $4,050
  • Resilient Freight Dispatch at 8% = $360 → You keep $4,140
Save $4,700-$9,400 per year vs. competitors.

Why We Use Tiered Pricing

We believe in honest pricing that reflects honest work. Here's why our two tiers exist:

Semi loads are higher-revenue and more standardized

A single $2,500 load on a 53-foot dry van takes roughly the same dispatcher effort as a $2,500 load on any other semi. With strong broker networks and large lane availability on DAT and 123Loadboard, we can keep semi operators consistently loaded efficiently.

Hotshot and box truck loads are smaller and more hands-on

Hotshots and box trucks typically book $400-$1,500 per load. To earn the same dollar amount, we book more loads, talk to more brokers, and manage more complex schedules. We also work in narrower lane markets where broker relationships matter more than load board volume.

This way, both segments get fair value

If we charged everyone 6%, hotshot operators would get less attention because the dollar math wouldn't support it. If we charged everyone 8%, semi operators would be overpaying for work that doesn't require it. Tiered pricing means both groups get the dispatcher time and energy their business deserves.

Pricing Questions

Q: What if I have a mixed fleet (semi and hotshot)?

Each load is billed at the rate that matches the equipment used. So if your driver hauls a load with a semi, it's 6%. If the same driver hauls a hotshot load on a different day, that load is 8%. Simple and fair.

Q: Are there any hidden fees?

Never. Your weekly invoice reflects either your percentage-based dispatch fee or the $100 weekly minimum, whichever is greater. There are no setup fees, onboarding fees, paperwork fees, after-hours fees, rush charges, or cancellation penalties.

Q: What happens if my dispatch fees don't reach $100 in a week?

If your percentage-based dispatch fees total less than $100 during the billing week, the $100 minimum applies. If your percentage fees exceed $100, you simply pay the percentage amount. No additional charges are added.

Q: What if a load falls through after you book it?

If a load cancels before pickup (TONU or carrier-side cancellation), we don't charge our dispatch fee. We only earn when you earn.

Q: How do I know which equipment classifies as "hotshot"?

Hotshot generally means non-CDL freight delivery using a pickup truck with a gooseneck or bumper-pull trailer (typically 30-40 feet). Box trucks include any non-CDL straight-truck with an enclosed cargo body. If you're unsure where your equipment falls, we'll clarify during your discovery call — no surprises after you sign on.

Q: Can the rate change after I sign on?

No. Your rate is locked in your Service Agreement. If you add new equipment in a different tier later, we'll discuss it and update the agreement together. We never raise rates without your written consent.
